Pain between shoulder blades
Hello,
Today at work I was lifting heavy, awkward materials and soon after noticed quite a sharp but bearable pain between my shoulder blades.
It hurts to swallow and the pain is amplified when im swallowing food, I can almost feel pain all the way down my sarcophagus as well as between my shoulder blades at the same time. It also hurts to breathe deep, burp and cough.
have no history of similar pains and it is definitely caused by what i was doing today.
