Pain in lower back

I've had some pain in my lower back, right above my butt. It hurts when I stand, and then worse when I lay on my back. I knows it's either in the muscle or the bone because my skin doesn't hurt when I feel around. The pain usualy starts while I'm at wok. Any help would be appreciated!
