Pain underneath left breast in ribs

I have been getting a pain in the upper left part of my ribs. Just below the breast. Its a pulsing pain and I can feel it coming on before it starts. It usually happens when I am bent over and do physical activities. I also have back pain. Esp in the upper back and neck area from tension and stress. I also know I strained my shoulder working out. I dont know if they are all related. But when I dont have the pain I have an ache in my back and from where I usually get the pain. Any idea what this is?

Hi!
The pain could be due to pinched nerves in upper middle spine or due to muscle pull or a part of chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia or due to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance or due to stress. Pin in front portion in stomach area can also be due to acidity. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

Its also towards the middle of body not towards the outside. Kinda where your stomach would be.
