Hi, I have been suffering with Pins and Needles is the left side of my upper back where my shoulder blade is for a little while now. I also get pins and needles in the back of my head at the same time. Its not constant and there is no pain. I have suffered for years with Pins and Needles in my hands also.
I have read that this could be caused by a neck injury, could it be anything else.
It seemed to start after I had to sleep on the floor in my daughters bedroom when she was ill but this may not be related.
Yes,It seems you suffer from soft tissue injury in your neck region, this injury can lead to upper back pain, shoulder blade pain and pain in back of head .
So,you should go to see neck specialist.
