Please Help!!!

I don't have any health insurance, and my friend works for a neuro-surgeon and he agreed to do an x-ray on my upper right back/neck area,  and just charge me for the x- ray, for several weeks I have had extreme pain in my upper back, and what feels like a hard knot inside my right shoulder blade with arm pain and arm numbness and tingling, And after reviewing my x-ray this is what the report read:

1) Mild cervial kyphosis. Minimal Anterolisthesis of C4 on C5, Mild retrolisthesis of C5 on C6.

2) Moderate degenerative changes at the C5 -C6 Level

The doctor who agreed to do an x-ray on my back wants me to get a very expensive MRI that I can't afford, Can anyone tell me what the prognosis on these findings are? I know surgery is what usually is the course of treatment, but what causes this and is there anything I can do for the pain? all over-the-counter treaments are pointless, and I don't have medical insurance and can't afford to go to the doctor.... Any advice?

Kyphosis is is the opposite of a normal lordodic curve which has the opening facing the back. The cervical spine normally has a lordosis, or inward curvature. Kyphosis is an anbnormal condition of the neck in which the normal inward curve reverses. Urs is mild thank god!!!! In anterolisthesis, the upper vertabral body is positioned abnormally compared to the vertebral body below it. More specifically, the upper vertebral body slips forward on the one below. Ur lucky, urs is minimal. Retrolisthesis is a posterior displacement of one vertebral body with respect to an adjacent vertebrae to a degree less than a luxation, just means a backward slide of one vertebrae on another. Again, yours is mild which is good! Your degenerative changes can cause
