Please help, think I pulled my neck out!!

Hi, I turned my head to the left earlier tonight and heard a pretty loud pop like a muscle. The front part on the left side of my neck is swollen. My left ear hurts since that pop and kinda feels like it has water in it. It is affecting my esophagus and tongue. It hurts to swallow and puts more pain on ear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry I forgot to add that I had 2 vertabrae in neck fused about 15 years ago. I'm not sure if that has any bearing, please someone, tell me what to do, this hurts. THANKS
