Post-lumbar spinal fusion/severe hand cramps

I am a 53 yr old woman.  Am 14 months post-surgical lumbar bi-lateral fusion.  I have numbness and a icy cold foot.  (right side)   I have been having this problem with severe cramping and pain in my right foot since surgery.  This foot is still numb as well.  Now, I am having right hand severe cramps and spasms.  Also have been diagnosed approx 10 years ago with RSD.  Have had a lessoning of pain from the RSD, but ended up injuring my low back a year and half ago.  Thus the spinal fusion.  The right hand spasms and cramping are new and scaring me.  Is this common?  And will it calm down as time goes on?
