I've always had a problem with my posture, I think it's a combination of my neck protruding and something with my back. I asked my chiropractor and he gave me some exercises to do that didn't end up working at all. Please give me advice on how I can gain a better posture. It gets annoying having to stand up completely straight and it hurts after a while. I asked my chiropractor and he gave me exercises to do which didn't help at all. I do dead lifts and rows, etc. to try to correct my posture but nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated.
