Please view my posting under "Rare and Concerned" for I am in need of someone who can please help me with my case. It is my hope that a cancer doctor, or someone with knowledge of
aggessive giant cell tumors may lend well needed advice. Just scroll down, and you will find all the details. Thank You

I read your post. I am not sure anyone who reads and responds on this site is capable of answering your questions with "definitive" medical advice. If you live in NYC ( I do) I can suggest a spinal surgeon to see.

If not with all the possibilities involved the response from Mike is probably the best course of action...You might want to try Johns Hopkins also.

I am 57 years old. My MRI's have shown disc degeneration, etc. which is normal for all of us at this age. In most cases disc herniations/protrusions do not cause pain.

I wish you good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to review my case. I am in true need of a neuro surgeon, or expert dealing with non specific lesions on the T-11 that may possibly lend it's self to a syrnix growth.
In addition, I strongly suspect the regrowth of the giant cell tumor that may have housed it's self else where, my thoracic spine. There is so much to my case and yet not one doctor is willing to put all the pieces together. Not yet, but with hope and determination I shall see this through.
Again, thank you...perhaps this will grab the interest of a doctor who can best serve me, though your words are taken kindly and to heart. Mr. High Noon, who is the spinal surgeon that you mentioned?

In NYC, Dr. Paul Brisson.
Spinal/Back surgeon who specializes in fixing probelms others cannot resolve (sort of like Dr. House-but much nicer, on TV).

He used to run the Back/Spinal unit at Joint Desease in NYC.

Brilliant guy.

Good Luck
