Regarding blood clot

This is regarding my back.

At L3/4 level, there is a mild annular bulging disc.

At L4/5 level, there is a moderate diffuse annular bulging disc with a small central disc protrusion and associated peripheral annular tear. Bilateral facet joint OA is seen with biforaminal narrowing.

At the L5/S1 level, there is a moderate diffuse annular bulging disc with a mild broad based central disc protrusion. Bilateral facet joinmt OA is seen.

My question is does anyone have similar symptoms as me? If you have, do have any blood clots? How long will the blood clots take to form?
