Restless Leg Syndrome...In My Neck

When I lay down to go to sleep, I am unable to get my neck comfortable, and I constantly pop it up and down until I can relax it.  It's kind of like restless leg syndrome in my neck.  My medical professionals know about this but won't tell me what it is.  I do have DJD in my neck as well as disintigrating disks, probably early stage as I'm only 52.  My neck is sore from the arthritis however, but not intolerable.  I've been concerned this is an early stage of Parkinson's or something.  Anyone else have the same issue?  Thanks for any help or info.
