Results of MRI on lumbar and cervical areas

Would you help me understand the results of my MRI? No marrow abnormalities. Left preforaminal spur dis comlex at C3-4 is mildly effcing the ventral thecal sac.Broad poosterior spondylotic change at C5-6 effacing the ventral thecal sac. Right preforaminal spur disc complex is contributing to mild right neural foraminal stenosis. Left paracentral protrusion at C6-7 is effacing the ventral leftward thecal sac.
Disc desiccation at L3 with a shallow diffuse annular bulge present whcih is mildly effacing the nevtral thecal sac. bilateral hyprtrophic facet arthritic changes are present. Disc desiccation at L4-5 with a shallow diffuse annular bulge present mildly effacing the ventral thecal sac. right greater than left hyprtrophic facet arthritic changes are present at htis level contributing to mild bilateral neural forminal narrowing. L5-S1 mild bilateral hypertrophic facet arthritic changes.

It seems to me that you have 5 bulging disks which are headed towards the nerve sac but the nerves are not pinched (YET) You also have some arthritis at L5S1 and L3 and that is parcially touching the nerves but not 100% pinched.2 bone spus in your neck area could be causes symptoms someday if not already. You probably will be sent to physical therapy and or a pain management center to try stretches and excercises and shots for inflamation (inflammation).  You should probably be physically careful because your spine is messed up. I see several surgeries in your future to clean up the bone spurs and clean up the bulging disks once they start pinching the nerves more than 75%.  You will have severe unending burning nerve pain, numbness & tingling in your back and down one or both legs and if your neck acts up you will have the same in your arm or arms with headaches. I hope that I am wrong, and some bulges never get worse and people can have them all their life and never have any symptoms of it. Easy on the lifting, playing hard, twisting etc. anyway. If you are in your 40's arthritis is not unusual in the back. You may want to take a calcium, Vitamin D and magnesium  suppliment to protect your bones.
