Right Shoulder, Shoulder Blade and Neck ONLY

I have a bone spur in my right shoulder with Adhesive Capsilitis. I was running only for about 2 minutes and I had pain in my shoulder blade and the top of my shoulder, up my neck and that night down my arm too. The first day I did cry. It has now been 5 days and the pain is tolerable, but uncomfortable.  I was on my couch for 3 days just resting after the first day. I do notice throughout the day like today my neck is starting to hurt again and my shoulder blade. I did schedule a Dr's appt on Friday. I wanted to ask you do you think I pulled a muscle, torn a tendon, or maybe torn my rotator cuff? It always feels like my muscle in my neck is pulling. Would that cause pain to my shoulder blade too if I pulled a muscle? I have no swelling, no bruising...just tightness. Alot of my pain is in my shoulder blade. Could I have done any damage by running since I have a bone spur and Adehsive Capsilitis?

I have been dealing with Bi-Lateral Frozen shoulder for 8 months now, I understand ur pain, I have been in PT for months, I have gotten more ROM in the left arm, but the right one is taking longer. I wish you well.keep me informed.
