Sacralization congenital vs. injury

Sacralization congenital vs. injury

Can sacralization be caused or aggravated by a fall of about 6 feet or more? I fell when I was in the military during the 60's and my pain has become chronic and constant. I am currently taking Kadium 3 times a day, along with Lyrica and the pain does not subside.

It would depend primarily on how you landed.  Direct injury to the sacrum and coccyx can produce significant pain, but 40+ years after the injury makes it more difficult to associate the fall with your current symptoms.
Sacralization can be aggravated with increased physical activity, prolonged sitting and many other related causes.
There is a web site (forum) of individuals experiencing longterm pain and discomfort related to coccydinia which might provide some helpful information for you.  The methods of pain control and treatment options used by these individuals might be useful for similar conditions with the sacral area.
Try www.coccyx.org.  It's a start ----
