Scitia (slipped disc) problem sice the age of 22

Hi there,
Sorry for being lengthy.
I am struggling with my back issues sice I was 22 years old now I am 26 years old. I started musterbation at a very early age even before I was mature. Then reduced it when I turned 18, cause of excercise for 2 to 3 years. I got my 1st job at the age of 21, I was very relaxed had a good salary. So, I started masturbation again by the passage of time I masturbated on daily bases for an year. Then I realised, this is going to damage my health so tried to stop and started excercise again with heavy weight lifting.
Eventuentuellya around feb 2012 I felt pain in my back. I certainly stopped excercise but kept musterbating and other daily routine continue. It got in severe shape when I started to feel that nerve passing through buttock accross my leg, at some point I was unable to walk therefor around december 2012 I had get it operated (lumber disc L4).
So, after this surgery I recovered very quickly.
I met my gf in feb 2013, we started to have sex about 3 or 4 times a week till may 2013.
Then I got a new better job so I had to move on.
I kept doing musterbation and watch porn untill now about may 2016 when suddenly I felt that nerve again in my back.
Docter advises me to have rest (I didn't told him about musterbation habit). After a rest of a month n a half I feel better.

Now I have 2 questions.

1. How am I going to recover cuz I'm not being able to quit musterbation?
2. I'm getting marride may be next year, how do I deal with this problem in my marride life?
