My mother-in-law is suffering from "Degenerative scoliosisScoliosis Scoliosis - resources Scoliosis brace Signs of scoliosis" and the curve is more than 55 degree and is increasing. Is there any way to stop it as it has started affecting her legs too. Pls suggest what can be done to cure it?

Hopefully she is receiving treatment from an orthopedic spine specialist who can monitor her condition and provide appropriate pain relief.
