Scoliosis

Well ya'll, before I get into my situation, I hope my sharing what does work for me, also works for you: #1 Tempurpedic Bed (it works)  #2 sleeping on tennis balls when and where back muscles cramp #3 flat expensive exercise shoes #4 inversion bar with boots #5 serious massage chair #6 chiropractor and massage therapist # 7 organic foods, vitamins, Advil, some exercise, and netti pot.

I'm 54, had surgery with Harrington Rods at 21, replaced one broken rod at 25, now have two broken rods. With my list of tools above, I am not in much pain, although the week my Dr, chiropractor, and massage theropist all took their vacation at the same time, I ended up in the hospital where they gave me elephant doses of muscle relaxers and pain killers before I could stop screaming.  I have backup people now, and I do not take anything beyond Advil, and Oh yeah, add #8 to the above list - "red wine (one big glass at dinner)

So then... I have two broken rods and I am 54...? Yeah and my first surgery was a hum-dinger too - I'm scared.
