Small Lump in neck

I have found a small lump under my skin on the side of my neck. It is about the size of my finger nail but i can see it more now. It doesnt hurt but i think because i can see it it has got me worried!

I have found a small lump under my skin on the right side of my back by my arm. It is about the size of a golf ball. I can see it but it does not hurt. I need to know what need to be done?

i have a small lump on the back of my neck it hurts my ears are stopped up and my shoulders and neck is sore

the lump could be a lymph node. you may be fighting a cold
