Spinal MRI results spinal damage

I am trying to understand my mri results.  One of the questions I have is "what does bilateral apophyseal spondylosis at L2-L3 mean?"

Bilateral means both sides, apophyseal is referring to the facet joints, spondylosis is spinal degeneration and or spinal arthritis.

So the report is saying that you have spinal arthritis in your facet joints on both sides at L2/3
