Spinal Stenosis Diagnosis - Re: MRI Imaging - Where to from here?

I have had travelling pain throughout my spine, right arm, right leg and upper torso that has been an ongoing problem for more than a year. I have seen no fewer than eight specialists and multiple trips to the emergency department during this period of time. I felt like it might be spinal problems but no Physician would listen. So, I had my GP give me a requisition for an MRI of my total spinal column. I just received a copy of the report and it doesn't look like good news. I have moderate to severe spinal stenosis between several of my disks. Also, disc herniation, spurring and foraminal narrowing on several discs. I'm not certain on how to analyze the entire report but am seeing my GP on Monday. I'm certain another referral will be upcoming. I'm in chronic pain and just glad to know I wasn't going crazy with all of these pain symptoms. Any suggestions on how to deal with the spinal problems I am having?
