Spinal Tissue Missplaced, can any one help me what to do now?
Impression : Significant Centeral and Left Paracentral disc protrusion at |4/|5 with it's inferior migration causing siginificant compression upon left sided neural tissue. Left Postero-lateral disc protrusion at |5/s1 with radial annular tear causing mild compression upon left s1 nerve roots.
this is my wife MRI Report that i got from Doctor, but i am really upset about these things. any one can help me to convert this report in easy words. and also can any one help me what should i do now beacuse most of the doctors recmend Opration. please help me beacuse i really wana make a further step soon.
my wife she hv so much pain in her back and also right leg.hope it can help me.

Did the report say the size of the protrusions? Anything over 3mm could be considered a herniation (but only a concern if pressing on something)...under that size is usually considered a bulge and not a source of pain (because it is so small it is not pressing on anything)
