Spine bone tenderness

Iam a 25 year old female and for the last 2 years or so I have had a consistant tenderness in one bone of my upper spine (between my shoulder blades). It doesnt really hurt unless its touched, but once you run your fingers over it its a sharp pain. I tend to feel pressure in my upper back spine, so maybe its related. Not sure what it is??

Hello. I'm having same problem only the sharp pain comes when I straighten my back and lean backwards.

Also I'm having the tenderness in my right side of body and mostly head/face.

I suspect it's some posture problem.

It could be so many things or nothing. Get it checked out by your physician.
