Stiff back and Lower body / pain in buttocks too. Can be tetanus?

Hi,

I am 31 Yrs male. I will just layout the events and symptoms for my belief I may have Tetanus. Back on long weekend this year I went to Sand dunes national park. I hurt my knee (scratch) with my own finger nail while pulling my jeans up to walk on sand. I didn't realize it then but when I return I saw quite a blood arnd it. I didn't bother much and took a bath that night. A week later I felt some pressure / little ache on my left jaw bone, not very excruciating. Was able to open my jaw completely. Arnd 15 days later from the incident I had bit of pounding heart. I remember the wound in sand dunes and decided to visit my doc thinking it may be tetanus. My doc told me doesn't seem like tetanus from my wound ( was healed then and looked really normal) and that I had TMJ (
Temporomandibular Joint Disorders).He prescribed me a pill Aleve and some home stuff to alleviate the pain. He also said my heart beats were normal and should reduce my anxiety  and relax. I asked me if I had taken tetanus booster shot. Since I didn't remember I decided to take one. They gave me TDaP booster shot in my left arm. The next day I was down with mild fever / nausea / Constant headache / sore arm and some body ache. The day after I had stiff neck too. This all subsided in couple of days but the following day I had bloating issue ( I had orange juice that morning). I read only and this is pretty common with this vaccine . However around 4-5 days after the shot (arnd 21 days after the incidence in sand Dunes ) I have had stiff back muscles / Lower back and bit of pain in my buttocks . Occasionally my thighs hurt too. it is again not very excruciating but I feel it's there. After sleep I feel it right back after an hour or so. I took a massage a yest but it was the same after half a day. My appetite has decreased a bit and also seems to have some tightness in stomach once in a while. I also felt like pounding heart couple of times in last 2-3 days . Currently when I try to sleep I feel my heart is beating really fast and cannot sleep then once in a while. I don't remember any spasms as such. This has continued till date and remained the same. I am able to open my join completely but still feel that pressure / pain very little on my left jaw. Also I am able to move around my neck completely I believe. Today is 26th day from the incidence in sand dunes. I don't have any major illness and my parents told me I did have tetanus vaccine in child hood. I am note sure if this the booster  vaccine that has caused this or it is tetanus.
Any feedback is highly appreciated.

I meant I am able to open my jaw completely but feel pressure on left side once in a while
