Suggestions for help/relief/diagnosis?

Hi, I thought I would introduce mysel here bby posting a question. I'm looking for a diagnosis, and know it involves rheumotology, neurology, but am hoping its does not involve oncology. I know I have back and neck problems, regardless of what my overall diagnosis is. My fear right now is that I may have a cancer-non-hodgkins lymphoma or sebaceaous gland carcinoma type, that would press on my spinal cord or irritate the nerves. I looked into my family hisotry a little today and found most people died from cancer of varrying types. My mom'm mom died of an unknown cause at 50 years old. My C2 has the most irritation. I have cervical kyphosis on the x-ray. No chiropractor will touch my lower back as I had an injury from lifting someone there-I am an RN-so no test were ordered. I'd like to know whats going on with the rest of my spine and spinal cord...herniated disks? But I have crappy, if any insurance. Vicodin no longer works and OTC meds and herbs do nothing so I no longer bother. I tried anti-seizure/nerve related pain meds as well. Icy hot is my best friend right now, I rub iot all over my body. My low back pain radiates down my legs now, My beck pain is just so constant and severe it feels broken. Shoulder blade painspreading down my arm. Paresthesias in extremeties. No doctor under my insurance will order any sufficient tests and I simply don't know what to do. I feel if I have a solid Diagnosis that gives the doctor that "ahh-haa" moment, then he'll/she'll do it. I sleep on the floor now as i cant tolerate the pain. I have other joint pain, so I'm homebound now. Oh, ya, I'm 23 years old. Any suggestions?
