Tailbone

so, my Tailbone hurts when ever I sit, stand from sitting, laugh, or sneeze. I don't remember do anything to it, and I can't see if it's bruised. My parents think it's because of me losing weight, or that it's a pressure point, but I don't really think so. Help? Should I see a doc or not?

i also started taking Advil to stop the pain. It only helps for the laughing, sneezing, or standing up. I still have the sitting pain.

Do you have a fever?

This could be a pilonidal cyst, caused by an anaerobic bacterial infection. They are very painful, but easily treated with the right antibiotic.
