Therapeutic suggestions

I recently had a Multiplanar,multisequence  MR without the use of gadolinium for low back pain radiating to rigth leg. My findings were as follows: moderately severe degenerative changes are seen at L2-L3 where there is a loss of disc space height and signal, annular bulging, and facet arthropathies. No focal disc protusion is seen.early degenerative changes are seen at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 facet joints without forminal stenosis.The remaining lumbar interspaces are normal. The conus medullaris is unremarkable. What are recommendations to relieve pain?
