Throbbing Pain in lower back
I have intermittent lower back pain a couple days out of each week. It starts out of the blue and only happens when I'm still but after having been moving. I can walk down the hall and sit down and as soon as I sit the pain starts. Its a throbbing pain around my lower back right at my waist. The pain throbs to the rhythm of my heart beat and causes me to hold my breath to make it stop hurting then when I can hold it no longer I have to take short fast breaths. It usually doesn't last long but is very intense. I have sickle cell disease but I know what that pain feels like and this definitely isn't it. Anybody else experience this or have any idea what it may be?
