Too much pain. Please Help Me?!

Hi. I am a 27yo female who has been experiancing back pain for the past 10 years. I have seen doctor after doctor. I have had x rays and MRIs. I was told I have degenerative disc disease. I was told have osteoarthritis. Now I am having problems with sciatica. The pain is in my hips and sometimes shoots down to my foot making it tingle. Lately I have been having pain in my shoulder up towards my neck. Now my left arm is bothering me with a burning/tingling sensation to my fingers. Most of this is occuring on the left side. I do not have problems every day. I may go a month, sometimes 6 without any and then one day BAM there it is again rearing its ugly head and when they start up, boy do they start! It lasts for weeks, months when it happens and I'm going through it right now. I have been told to be more active, to exercise. Hello! I have 3 children under 10. How much more active can i get? I am constantly on the run. It makes it very hard and it tears my heart when they want to play and I can't because I hurt too bad at times. It seems like I can not find a doctor who will listen to me and help me! I know my body better than anyone! I live in it everyday. I don't want a bunch of drugs all the time but I do want something to help on the days I am at my worst. My muscles bunch up and feel like they are going to just pop they are so tight. I take flexril though that doesn't help much.  I recently changed doctors after my last one moved away, too bad cause he was the only one who listened to me! This new one said she would see me, but she wasn't taking anymore "pain management" cases. She gave me something similar to ibuprofen. I tried it, its a joke on a day like today. What do I do???? I am in tears with the back pain, the hip/leg pain. Now I don't know what is going on with my left arm and this tingling& burning feeling, and yes it hurts! What could this be? What should I do about the new doctor? I want to live a life mostly pain free and be able to play with my children. I am thankful for the times I don't hurt, but I can't live months at a time with this pain and not get any help. This small town with small minded doctors really *****. When I tried the exercise they told me specificlly to do I ended up in a recliner not able to walk for 2 weeks. I am active though, I just can't do certain things. I used to love to ride 4 wheelers, but I can't do that anymore with the conditions I have, nor do I attempt to do it even on a "good day". If anyone has any advice, please share! My other contact email is ***@****. Hope to hear from yall soon!

I went to the doctor the other day and once again this new one did not listen to what I was telling her. I have recently been having A LOT of pain in the shoulder, down my arm and into my hand. It was that tingling feeling in my arm and hand like my foot was "sleep" and "waking up.... like small needles pricking at me. And my hand,it felt like it was on fire in 2 of my fingers! Well  the first thing that turned me off from this doctor was when I first went back to the nurse to get weighed and tell her what was going on. I told her about the neck area and the hip area. She said I had to decide which ONE I wanted to be treated for. Well, at  the time my neck & shoulder was on fire, so I went with that but at the same time the night before it was my hip! I don't understand why she won't treat both when I have both going on at a time! Anyway, she told me I have an "injured" cervical nerve because those are the ones that run to your arms. She doesn't know where it is "injured" if it is just irratated or pinched. She did not order any x rays, no MRI, no CT scan or a nerve study. NOTHING! She prescribed me a steroid for a week which I hate to take because I will gain weight and I just had a baby 3 months ago so I have enough of that...lol. She gave me darvocet for pain which is a joke and has never helped me in the past, and flexril which I take daily and it doesn't help! Last night I could not sleep for the pain in my shoulder and my hip. I sat in the bed crying. I told this dr how bad it is at times. She got smart with me and said I would have went to the hospital. Well I attempted to go. I sat there for 3 hours and still had 7 ppl in front of me. ANd the entire patient rooms in the back were full. They sent a nurse out to tell us there was no telling how long everyone would have to wait. So yes I left. I could not leave my children with someone for hours on end!!!! Plus the ER is just going to treat for pain at the moment and tell me to follow up with my regular doctor!!!  I just don't know what to do anymore. I went to a pain management center and the old man was soooo rude to me. It was like what I was feeling did not matter. He told me there was no reason for me to have another MRI even though it had been about 5 years since the last one. If you have any suggestions I am willing to listen. And I was wondering if you have heard of a machine called AURAWAVE. My husband saw an infomercial on tv and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. Hope to hear from you soon. I noticed that me email address wouldnt show up so let me try it another way..... it is jessclayton29512. that is aol *******!!!!!!!

Have you been to see a neurosurgeon?  I feel your pain, seriously.  I suffered for ten years as well, going from chiropractors to pain managers to those "stretching" machines-nothing worked!  I also have children, and decided enough was enough when my husband had to help me shower, my 5 year old was putting on and tying my shoes (never took a day off work for some idiotic reason) and my 14 year old was helping me walk because every time I stepped it felt like being electrocuted!  You are so young and do NOT have to live your life this way!!  I have some leg pain now, but it is NOTHING compared to the agony I was in!
