Tramadol and weight loss side effect?

I was in a car accident 6 months ago and have been prescribed Tramadol for pain for the past 5 months. Started at 50mg 2x daily , now most times 100mg. 2x daily. I also take .5 mg. of Clonazepam 2x daily for extreme anxiety,stress ptsd related to the car accident. Anyway, it helps my pain (not with the nerve pain) but, I have loss my appetite completely. Lost 11 pounds in 5 months and I was a healthy, athletic weight prior. Not sure if it is the depression, meds, combo. I eat protein bars/shakes just to get my fill every day. I was not a big eater prior to my accident,but I always stayed a steady healthy weight. I use to workout a lot!! So, at first I thought it was muscle loss....just not sure what is going on?



**Several Disc Herniations/Buldges C 5-6, C 6-7  L 2-3, L3-4, L4-5 ,L5-S1 w. anular tear w/ osteophtes and stenosis.
Mild sclerosis at C7-T1
Severe whiplash from MVA 2/12/2011 (still undetermined what is from mva and what is older) Never had any pain, was in perfect health and very active prior to mva. Never even got colds or headaches. I just keep going around in a circle w/ doctors. Very frustrated and depressing!
