Trying to understand my MRI on back

I;ve had two back surgeries and now experiencing back problems again this past 10 years. Can you explain what this MRI means. T11 T12 there are signal changes of discogenic sclerosis along the anterior half of the adjacent/ligamnetous hypertrophy. There is minimal disc desiccation with mild diffuse disc bulge, No major canal or foraminal comprimise is seen.

L1 L2 there is posterior spondylotic spurring and facet/ligamentous hypertrophy. There is disk desiccation with mild diffuse disc bulge. It is asymmetric left. There is a left lateral disc protrusion. No major stenosis is seen. There is some proximal left side foraminal compromise present.

L2 L3 there is posterior spondylotic spurring and facet/ligamant hypertrophy. There appears to be post operative changes on the posterior elements suggestinf prior surgery at this level. There is mild disc desiccation. No major focal disc pathology, canal compromise, or foraminal compromise is seen.

L3 L4 there is posterior spondylotic spurring and facet degenerative changes with ligamentous hypertrophy. There appears to be post operative changes. There is mild disc desiccation. There is mild diffuse disc bulge. No major canal or foraminal compromise seen.

L4 L5 there is posterior spondylotic spurring and facet hypertrophy. There is prominent bony changes suggesting prior posterior fusion. There is a loss of disc signal and height, which could represent chronic degenerative disc disease versus postoperative change at this level. No major posterior disc pathology, canal compromise or severe foraminal compromise is seen. There is mild proximal bilateral foraminal compromise secondary to degenerative spurring.

L5 S1 there is posterior spondylotic spurring and facet hypertrophy. There is prominent bony change wintin the posterior wall suggesting prior bony fusion. There is mild anterolisthesis of L5 and S1, which is felt to be chronic
/degenerative in nature. There is disc protrusion with annular tear with some left paracentral and left lateral mass effect. No other abnormalities are seen,

IMPRESSION: Multilevel degenerative changes and postoperative changes as described above. Degenerative change including degenerative disc disease and degenerative spurring. There is some focal disc abnormalities at different levels as described above Please see above discussion for detailed description of the findings at each of the levels.

I am 54 had surgery in 94 for broken vertrabra and in much pain now with nerve pain in feet.. Can you please explain this MRI to me please.. thank you Debi
