Unsure neck skin problem

I have all these rashes on my neck and i dont know what they are. I think they are heat rashes but i am unsure. they use to not be so big but they got worser. I had them for about 4-5 months now and hasnt got close to healing. It itches rarely but its annoying and looks disgusting. Can anyone help find out what it is and how to get rid of it as soon as possible please?

To stop the stubborn itch-scratch cycle, you must stop scratching the affected area. It's bound to be tough, but you can do it.
Prescription medication. Wet dressings and relax.

thank you for posting your skin problem over this site. I can well relate to your suffering because i've got mine too. And mine is worst because it is on my scrotum and would sometimes run down to my thighs. The rashes on your back looks the same with mine.
