Upper left back pain

New to this forum but have a question. For some weeks now I've had this annoying little pain right under my left shoulder blade going toward my side. Dont exactly know how to describe it but now the pain has shot across the middle of my back. Can anybody tell me what that can be?

You should go to see chiropractic for one or two time adjustment,It's probaby temporal  thorax vertebra subluxation,another exercise  is hanging your body in Horizontal bar (gym),maybe can get relief quickly.if pain constant,see doc.

If it hurts when you breathe or take a deep breath, it's likely a subluxated rib head. If not, a visit to a Chiropractor would probably be your best bet.
