Hi, I think it is possible to have chiari issues again as there is no cure for chiari.Yes all can be related.....
Also, was ur NS a chiari specialist?...many decompressions have had to be repeated bcuz the total spine was not looked at prior to the surgery...
A full check up with MRI's with a NL would be highly recommended....u want to rule out a syrinx, tethered cord, pusedotumor cerebri...and a CSF blockage.
