Vertebrae T12 Broken

I am a 23 year old male in Phoenix. I had Surgery done about 5 years ago on L5 for a Herniated Disk/Pinched Nerve... I just got an X-ray a few days ago that revealed a Broken Vertebrae.  I haven't done any lifting since the first surgery - can't seem to find the reason behind the Break. I am a bit worried that I might need to go through surgery AGAIN... are there any other ways out?  I'd really appreciate some feedback and also suggestions on Specialists.
Thanks.

Must be very hard to have this broken t12 out of no where.  What did u di exactly 5 years ago on L5? fusion? for t12, have an MRI done, then see at least one neurosurgeon with specialty in spine disorder and one orthopedic spine surgeon.  If surgery is only way out, chose the one with the most experience.

I would also do the following test:
1. Bone dentisty
2. Check Parathyroid test (4 organs in neck behind thyroid)
3. Check your tetosterone level

Good luck
