What are the best treatments for bone spurs
Has anyone found relief from bone spurs in the neck with the injections or physical therapy? If so, does it help the headaches that accompany it? How about surgery? Any success with that? I'm desperate for help. I can't go on this way. The neck and head pain is terrible.
I have had two failed cervical fusions. My bones just won't grow. I have new bone spurs since the last opertion in different locations and the headaches are so bad that sometimes I can't even function. I have had 3 shots in my neck after the surgeries and it made my neck worse. I have never had physical therapy.
