What is wrong & who do I go to next?

I've had left side ear clogging, extreme tightness near base of my skull, dizziness(or perhaps my depth perception feels off?). My upper neck feels "caught", it radiates into my neck, shoulders. My taste has been off, I seem to not want to eat as much.Coffee or stimulant makes my heart pound, heat (except to soothe muscles) bothers me & makes me nauseous. Skelaxin and iboprofin help but I wake up shaky, nauseous and have just an overall odd feeling, like it's going down my back into my arms & legs. Sitting or driving makes it worse- trying to stay active helps but there are days I can't do much.Had bloodwork (3x)- all clear, Lyme Disease neative, sinus Ct- all clear, allergy meds and antiverts- did not help, hearing test was normal. Had an MRI of the upper spine only (no contrast) and it shows small bilat. bone spurs on C5-C6, disc bulge w/bone spurs on C6-C7 but normnal signal intensity within the cervical cord. I have weakness/numbness/falling asleep feeling in arms and left side of face. Masseuse said my trap and scalean muscles are all dry, ropey and tensed. Orthopedic Dr told me to start PT and wanted to switch me to Gaba Neurontin but I stayed with Skelaxin (non-habit forming and less scary). Have an appt with a Neurologist but not for a month...I don't know who else to see or what could be causing all of this and I am scared. Please help.
