What kind of injuries could I get to my back?
I was at church and moved to kneel without looking(from a standing position). My mom had raised the kneelrest, and I hit my knees on the ground. My back hurt really bad, and it kind of hurt to breathe a little bit(like staticky). It kind of hurts to walk now. The pain is mostly on the right middle side of my back. I wonder how bad this injury could be, and how long it may last...
