So yesterday me and my brother were Indian leg wrestling (YouTube, Google idk... Not recommended tho..) he flipped me over and I landed on my neck. :/
it hurts in my lower neck and upper back. I can feel it when I breath too. Last night I slept with a pillow pressed against me so it wouldn't hurt so bad. It hurts when I sneeze, cough, yawn, or just take a deep breath in general. Laying on my side also reallyyy hurts. You know that feeling you get just before your about to crack your back, or you need to? Ya it feels kinda like that. When I lay on my side it hurts almost by my diaphram? Idk..
So what should I do? What would a Dr do? I don't want them just to tell me to take ibuprofen and rest... I'm already doing that...
