Will the neck stiffmess worsen?

Now am on a different medication, am taking Skelaxin 800mg three times a day and Celebrex 200mg twice a day. The only thing new is the stomach uoset and that my neck is so stiff I can barely move. I tkink also my blood pressure lowers after medication.

Am 5'4" 120lbs is that the right doses for me? Still is not helping at all. The stiffness get worst by the minute and I have to switch constantly between being seated, standing and being lay down. Cant hold the same position for more than 10 minutes, I cant manage the pain, maybe is the herniated disc.
