Xray results

This is what letter said regarding my xray, can anyone explain what this means please? "Previous fracture of T12 with anterior wedging & boning fusion of the anterior aspects of this body with that of T11. The fracture results in a kyphotic angulation of the spine. Spondylotic changes are present between T12-L4 with loss of disc space height & some early osteophyte formation". Thank you.
