back ache

I have a bad aching feeling in my back I keep getting it I've always had this every now and again since I was 12 is there anything I can do to help this settle Xx

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your backache or suggest an appropriate management plan. Possibilities that may need to be considered include postural issues, structural issues with the spine, neuro-muscular causes, referred pain from other regions etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
