back and neck injury at work

Last year at work I was do a to boat towing exercise ( I work at a Coast Guard search and rescue station) and i though i pulled a muscle in my lower back. At the end of the exercise the pain got worse so i went up to medical on base. The doctor said that I might have pulled some thing and gave me some medication to relax for a few days and come back. I did that and instead of getting better it got worse and started to move down my back. I've had every test known to man and they have all came back negative. The pain started March 26Th 2007 and it started with back pain, but now after almost 9 and a half months and no answers of what is going on i have back pain in a "L" shape patter from the left sholder blade down to the hip, across to the right hip. My neck has sever limited motion and stiffness. My legs feel numb, my knees are stiff and pop. The knee I had surgery on feels like it gives out every now and then even though its been ok for the past 8 years. My feet are all way cold, but there numb and tinglely half the time. My hands have sever temors and are numb most of the day. Besides all of the numbness I feel cramping and muscle spasm all day long too. My doctor has try four differet muscle relaxers, acupunter,ect no results. Right now i'm in the middle of a medical board and i could possibly discharged, with out even knowing what is causeing this. I was thinking about what I put and one thing I should add is that when I bend over my lower back doesn't move. I went to physical therapy for 3 month but all it could do was stretch my hamstrings. My physical therapist also said it was unuasal that my back didn't bend like it should. ???
