back and neck pain for 10 years.

I have had such a bad back and neck pain. Not anywhere specific just everywhere from the top of my neck to the lowest part of my back. I havent gone for a check up due to money. But i have to constantly click my nack and neck otherwise the pain is unreal. I cannot do activities such as horse riding. I went a year ago and the night i was screaming in pain amd couldnt move.it had taken me multipul muscle relaxents to calm me down and not move from the pain. The top right shoulder is alot higher than my left and i dont know whats going on .

Any explination , tips and or advice x
