back and neck pain with now migraine

i am 30 years old with extreme pain in my neck and upper back,and now a migraine has assocated its self with it. i have been suffering with this for about 2 weeks, what can i do?

you've been dealing with a migraine for two weeks too?  Or the back/neck pain?  I suffer from the occational migraine but i've never had one last for more that two days.  usually back/neck pain is associated with a pulled muscle.  the headache and back/neck pain might be two disparate issues.  Given that you've only had this for two weeks, I'd  take over-the-counter anti-inflams and rest.  call your dr if it continues much longer.
