back/hip pain and numb arm

I am absolutely miserable. I have always had some mild issues with my back, pain around the lumber,  and in the neck, etc. But 2 months ago, I had knee surgery, and was non weight bearing for those two months, I started having leg and hip pain that started during PT, and now has escalated to the point where walking and sitting are pure agony. I can only stay on my feet about 3-5 minutes before it's unbearable. It starts in my buttock, to the left of my tail bone and shoots all the way down my leg. it burns like it was set on fire.

I also have this cold tingling, crawling sensation that starts beneath my right shoulder blade and wraps around my side, and it's accompanied by a numb spot about the size of a deck of cards above the right elbow, and has not gained feeling back since the day before yesterday. Today I have been having this shooting electric shock feeling that is now shooting down that same arm when I move it, or pick things up.  I am losing my mind with this, and it's seriously interfering with my daily activities and my ortho can't get me in for two weeks. Any ideas on what is happening and how I can help it? I HAVE to have some relief.

PLEASE!?

Oh I forgot to mention that I have Fibromyalgia, I am relatively sure this is a back problem and not related, but figured I should mention it.
