back issues with MRI results

Okay here goes, my name is Matt have had back pain for several years due to military service, I had an MRI done as well as an EMG: here are the results:
L3-L4- mild concentric disk bulge and small central disk protrision which compresis the ventral thecal sac in the midline. neural foramina are patent
L4-L5 - small radial tear in midline of the annulus. mild eccentric left sided disk bulge is present which effaces the ventral thecal sac and casues encroachemtn upon the neural foramina l greater thean r.
L5-S1 - similiar radial tear in annulus, disk bulge and central disk protrusion which compresses the ventral epidural space in the midline and casues moderate compression on the neural foramina bilaterally. osteophytes are present at several levels.

Now i know I have lumbar spondylosis and facet joint ostearthritis and several disk bulges, but the dr i saw before said the only thing available was an epideral. I saw the VA and they gave me a back brace(m-brace) and  tens unit. Tried narcs and stretching did nto work anybody out there have the same thing with them and what was your treatment and outcome.

thanks Matt
