I would go to a dermatologist...worst case scenario, it may be melanoma. It's always worth it to get something like that checked out. Better safeSafe driving for teens Safe sex than sorry!!
I had something similar and still do. Went to the dermatologist 2 years ago and had one of the molesBirthmarks - pigmented Gestational trophoblastic disease Hydatidiform mole Pth looked at (he actually took a sample and sent it off and nothing) then went back few months ago. It is important to go to one especially if you have moles/dark spots.
This is actually a rare condition that has to do with a nerve in your back. It triggers an "itch like" sensation and the "brusies" are actually a discoloratipn from scratching. My dermatologist told me about it. If I can find the paper that i wrote the name of the condition on I will email you back. (I have it as well) Not much you can do about it though.
