back pain, tearing

I picked up a heavy box yesterday,I felt tearing in my lower back and abdomen. (I had a rectocele/ cystocele two years ago) the pain instantly radiated through my whole abdomen and now it feels bloated and my back hurts terribly. Slept only two hours last night due to my back pain. Should I have it checked out or wait a few days I am taking advil.
