I've had this problem for years now. It all started when i was in high school doing dead lifts. The problem didn't start until the day when i dead lifted, my back kind of arched like a bridge and then there were several popping noises.
ever since, i sit on a chair with major discomfort on my back and i would sometimes curve like a hunchback. Not only that but sometimes if i inhale deeply, i would hear some popping noises on my back. 5 years and still in major discomfort!
Does anyone also have this problem? What can I do to solve this? What is wrong with my back? Is it the bones?
Yes, i've been to the chiropractor before and no avail.
