Well I don't know if you're a male or female....(sorry). But If you're a female, I would guess probably a URINARY TRACT INFECTION, or possibly a KIDNEY INFECTION. You should see a DR. just incase, b/c if I'm right, and It's not properly taken care of, It could cause scarring, and cause more problems down the road for your kidneys! Get it checked out!

I am no proffessional so you still should see a doctor,but my mom has problems with sharp shooting pains in the same areas,but started in her leg.It was nerve damage from her ms.yours may also be a nerve problem.Best of luck.
